Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, right in the middle of everything, but the rooms are old, tired, and dark. The service was well trained and pleasant, although it was confirmed that the room I stayed in had not been updated in years. The dining experience had some highlights but could be improved. It is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, with excellent bedding.
Although the hotel is not as spacious as shown in the pictures, the rooms are clean, comfy, and quiet. The service was a bit formal and not truly friendly, but without any fuss. The location is right in the heart of Tirana, making it convenient to access many city sights. The dining experience is buffet-style with plenty of food options. The facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is in a great central location, right next to Skanderbeg Square and within walking distance of the museums and city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but had limited plug sockets and required leaving passports at the reception. The service was excellent and very helpful, catering to all my needs. The dining experience was average, with some disappointments in the food selection. The location offers easy access to many of the city's attractions but can be a bit noisy. Overall, a convenient choice for views and meetings.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room at the back of the hotel facing the square was perfect for us. The service from the bellhop to the director, Mr Geci, was exceptional. The location at Skanderbeg Square was ideal, right at the heart of Tirana. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to limited food supplies. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I chose this hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and enjoy Tirana. The rooms are utilitarian with a comfortable bed, desk space, and good WiFi. The stunning landmark view of the city was a highlight. The location couldn't be better, with a superb central location and friendly, helpful staff.
Our stay at the hotel was perfect for celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and exploring Tirana. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, could use a bit of renovation but overall provided a nice experience. The location overlooking Skanderberg Square and the city center was unbeatable, but the absence of slippers and bathrobes was a small drawback.
